3. SMS & Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC & CASL Compliant)

By providing your mobile phone number, opting in via web form on https://expertwrittenmarketing.com, or requesting information via text message, you expressly consent to receive Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS and MMS communications from Expert Written Marketing Inc..

A. Program Description & Types of Messages

Messaging programs may include:

  • Transactional & Operational Messages: Appointment confirmations, reminders, discovery call scheduling updates, customer support responses, and account/service notifications.  
  • Marketing & Promotional Messages: Special offers, industry insights, B2B updates, and promotional content (only if explicitly opted in for marketing).

  • No Sharing/Selling of Mobile Data: Mobile information will not be shared, sold, rented, or leased to third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct
